A turbo compressor is a part of rotary machinery used to produce high-pressure air or gas. The turbo compressor takes in air or gas with the help of a rotor (impeller) rotating at high speed, compresses it and releases it at high pressure. The rotor inside rotates at high speed (e.g. 3,000 – 100,000 rpm) and increases the kinetic energy of the gas.
The need for high-pressure air or gas in industrial processes is critical for efficiency and reliability. We design and manufacture radial gearbox turbo compressors that exhibit superior performance even in the most challenging industrial conditions. With our single-stage and multi-stage system solutions, these advanced technology products, which can create a pressure difference up to 1.5 times the atmospheric pressure, are at the heart of your processes.
Our turbo compressors offer a compact and efficient construction with a one-piece (integral) turbine rotor mounted directly on the high-speed gearbox shaft. In our alternative versions, flexible solutions are provided by using intermediate bearings. Our turbo compressors meet your most complex pressurization and gas handling needs.
